Know what to expect before you talk

How Our Network Works

Request an estimate

Who will I actually talk to?

You will talk with an independent local provider from our network. These are separate concrete businesses, not Bzfolk Concrete. They handle the quote, the schedule and the work itself.

What happens on the first conversation?

Expect a friendly, practical chat. The provider will likely ask about your project, your address area, the size of the space and what finish you want. Some may ask for photos or suggest a visit to measure.

Have your notes handy. Photos and rough measurements save time for everyone.

What should I ask a provider?

Good questions lead to good projects. Try these:

  • What base prep and thickness do you recommend for our winters?
  • How will you handle drainage and slope near the house?
  • What reinforcement, joints and sealing do you use?
  • For stamped concrete, how do you handle color and pattern?
  • Can I see a written quote that lists materials and scope?
  • What licensing and insurance do you carry?
  • What is the timeline, and what could change it?

Why keep records?

Write down answers as you go. Save quotes, photos and messages. Clear records make it easier to compare providers, and they protect your home's value by showing the work was planned well.

Am I in control?

Yes. You can talk to more than one provider, ask for changes and take your time. Nothing is required, and there is no obligation.
