You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work at your home, begin by talking to the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Bzfolk Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
