Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Bzfolk Concrete wants bzfolk.help to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about accessibility. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Where We Aim

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To help, we try to:

  • Use clear headings and a sensible page order
  • Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text readable with strong color contrast
  • Make sure the site can be used with a keyboard alone
  • Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktop screens
  • Write in plain, everyday words
  • Give every form field a clear label

Current Gaps

Some areas of the site may not yet fully meet these standards. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If part of the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@bzfolk.help and we will do what we can to help.

Tell Us What You Think

We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@bzfolk.help and let us know:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you were using, if you know

We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Always Improving

Accessibility is never truly done. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
